When you use unikpånettet.dk, we collect the name/domain name that you have specified to look up in the whois database, cvr (Danish Business Authority) and with the Patent and Trademark Agency. The entered name/domain name may be personal data.

Name/Domain name is stored in the application database. It appears in the test reports available via a permalink.

Server Logs

To troubleshoot connection problems and to resolve security incidents, we store the following data in our web server logs for 12 months:

IP address of the client (remote host) that sent the request to our web server.
The time the request was received.
User-Agent HTTP request header that the client browser reported about itself.
Status code that the server sends back to the client.
The size of the object returned to the client.
Error message regarding the processing of the request.

What Measures Are in Place to Secure the Data Collected?

Punktum dk uses its own servers.

We do not pass on personal data that we collect to third parties (i.e. outside Punktum dk) unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example if authorities with a legal basis request data from us).
